General note About the author (2020) Steven Rogers is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School . He was previously the Gordon and Llura Gund Family Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship at Kellogg and has taught in many executive programs throughout the world, including Austria, Australia, Ghana, the Philippines, Mexico, India, Germany, Toronto, and Hong Kong.
